AI даёт ответ исходя из той информации, которую он анализировал. То есть до 2021 года включительно. Поэтому по меркам 2021 года ответ верный. Сейчас же я бы уже смотрел в сторону 10.

я недавно проапгрейдил с трудом 7 на 9.5 не все модули готовы к пхп 8.1 и друпал 10. можно сначала на 9.5 потом в ноябре на 10. обновление с 9.5 на 10 не такое трудное. еще проверьте хостинг чтоб работал composer и drush и php cli 8.1. мне пришлось сменить на beget. это уже 3й хостинг на который я перехожу для моего сайта.
