ХЗ. Дай больше инфы - ссылку на phpinfo или хотя бы версии Apache/Mysql/PHP и Drupal само собой. Workaround: в настройках сайта выставить запись ошибок "только в логи", а не "в логи и на экран".

А глядя в хрустальный шар можно предположить, что проблема в каком-то некорректном contrib-модуле. В module.inc ошибка попадает на функцию module_list()

Ммм... Apache 1.3.33, MySQL 4.1.13, Drupal 4.4.3 (кажись).
Я вообще ничего не делал, когда-то было все ок, потом решил обновить сайт - упс., там такой вот эррор.
Что такое контриб-модуль?
Я имел ввиду модули из contribs, т.е. дополнительные, не из поставки движка.

Нет, с моей стороны не было никаких действий. Регистрился некий юзер, очевидно спамбот или еще что-то в таком роде, но я не думаю, что это из-за него.
Дополнительных модулей у меня никаких нет, и стандартных-то половина отключена.
Рррррр... Хостер поставил пхп 5 без моего ведома... Вот и вся проблема.
php5 поддерживается только начиная с Drupal 4.6
