Я скачал тему http://drupal.org/project/tb_purity на только что установленный drupal
почему на странице скачивания темы вот такой скриншот http://drupal.org/files/imagecache/grid-3/images/purity.png

А вас Друпал нелицензионный.
да кстати, сейчас с лицензией на друпал всё строго, я тоже по незнайке установил, так через неделю ко мне домой приехали разбираться
