Русификация drupal 7rc3

устанавливаю drupal 7.0rc3 на англ, качаю с drupaler.ru перевод, замещаю файлы с файлами на сервере , включаю модуль local,добавляю в нём русский язык и получаю кучу ошибок типа:

В чем может быть проблема?
Попробовал в локали по загружать тупо файлы в ручную из архива. но в translate interface всё равно пишет Russian 0/1160 (0%)
