Не получается русифицировать Drupal 7

Здравствуйте.
Я первый раз установил Друпал 7. Пытаюсь его русифицировать, но безуспешно. Активирую модули Locale и Content translation. Затем захожу в Configuration, жму Languages, но страница с настройками языка не открывается. Написано Loading..., но ничего не происходит. Помогите разобраться.

Content translation можно выключить
Все равно не открывается страница языковых настроек.

Делаю, как там написано, но страница Languages не открывается.
admin/reports/status — нет красного?
/admin/reports/dblog — какие ошибки есть?

Установил php_uploadprogress, при попытке зайти на Languages, браузер выдает "Соединение закрыто удалённым сервером"
поставь в отдельную директорию свежий дистрибутив с официального сайта и проверь работает ли в нем все ок или же копать в сторону хостинга?
версия друпала? на каком веб-сервере стоит?
смотрите логи сервера и php в момент когда открываете страницу проблемную.
В отдельной директории то же самое. Не открываются языковые настройки.

понятия не имею что с вашим друпалом/веб-сервером
неужели Locale не включен?
если он делал как описано по ссылке выше, то Locale должен быть включен.
Если винда ставь денвер и проверь на нем!
